Refund policy
Our 60-day guarantee
You can return any unused, unopened product within 60 days of purchase for a refund of the purchase price. Opened or used products cannot be returned.
How to return
- Send us a message with your order number and the reason for the return.
- We will reply with a return authorization (RMA) number and the return address.
- Ship the unopened product back with the RMA number on the package. Returns without an RMA number cannot be refunded.
Bundles
You can return unopened units from a bundle. The refund is based on the per-unit price you paid.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you and refund your original payment method within 30 days. Original shipping costs and return shipping costs are not refunded.
Damaged or wrong items
If a product arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us as soon as possible with your order number and a photo, and we will replace it at no cost.
